- Airfare is calculated at the time of the proposal creation and his subject to change at the time of booking.
- 100% payment is to be made for domestic packages before 15 – 20 Days of the departure.
- Cancellation and refund standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be change as per the policies of HOTELS/ LOCAL SUPPLIERS/AIRLINES.

- This packages allow the customer to make combination of product or services in the package booked by the customer.
- Anytime during the booking of package the customer can add or remove any components of the original packages and customize it as per choice.
- The final Itinerary would be w1hat the customer will see on the Thank you page.
- The customer hereby agrees that customized packages is per his/her will and choice. No claim on the combination, price of package, category and type of service shall be entertained by Book My Travel.
- The Booking of the Final combined package shall be subject to availability
- The final price per inclusions selected by the Customers. In case Customer can change any components, same will be updated in price. Customer’s final confirmation will have exact components which was selected and reviewed by the customer while booking the package.
- We are not responsible for any flight cancellation/delay due to any unforeseen reason however Book my Travel will follow up with the concerned airlines to work out the best possible solution according to the circumstances. If any cost demanded by the airlines is to be borne directly by the Traveler.
- Before booking the air ticket or holiday package please ensure passport should be valid At least 06 months from the date of return from the destination.
- Book My Travel will not be held liable if boarding is denied due to passport validity issue or passport is damaged/Torn /Hand written.
- Room configuration subject to availability at the time of checking (Twin or double room is at the sold discretion of hotels) Book my Travel is not responsible for the same.
- All the sightseeing tours and excursions organized by the local companies. The timings and days of operation are subject to alternation. Changes ID any will be intimated at the time of booking or on the ground.
- Please understand the terms – SIC – SEAT N COACH, PVT – PRIVATE FOR TOURS AND TRANSFERS.
- In case of countries with E-visas, Once the E-visa is received, Please cross check the details with the passports and let us know in case if there is any discrepancy found with 24hrs, failure to do so Book My Travel will not be held liable for the same.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- BOOKING TERMS
- At the booking you need to Deposit INR 10,000/- as advance to processing your booking (Token amount)
- Once the booking is confirmed we will share hotel confirmation number with you and in case you want to cross check your booking with hotel please feel free to do needful.
- Balance payment can be paid according to the departure dates. Once all the payments are completed then confirmed hotel vouchers will be released to you.
- Please note the payments need to be transferred as per given schedule and must end 20 days before the departure date.
