- - The final price per inclusions selected by the Customers. In case Customer can change any components, same will be updated in price. Customer’s final confirmation will have exact components which was selected and reviewed by the customer while booking the package.
- - We are not responsible for any flight cancellation/delay due to any unforeseen reason however Book my Travel will follow up with the concerned airlines to work out the best possible solution according to the circumstances. If any cost demanded by the airlines is to be borne directly by the Traveler.

Booking Terms
- - At the booking you need to Deposit INR 10,000/- as advance to processing your booking (Token amount)
- - Once the booking is confirmed we will share hotel confirmation number with you and in case you want to cross check your booking with hotel please feel free to do needful.
- - Balance payment can be paid according to the departure dates. Once all the payments are completed then confirmed hotel vouchers will be released to you.
- - Please note the payments need to be transferred as per given schedule and must end 20 days before the departure date.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
- * Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
- * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
